Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ProductFuse (a business unit of JIBE, Eindhoven, Netherlands) processes personal data in the context of this website and business correspondence. It is drafted with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
Controller
The data controller is JIBE, Eindhoven, Netherlands. Contact: privacy@productfuse.eu.
What we collect
- Contact data you send us via email or forms (name, company, email, message content).
- Technical data automatically logged by hosting infrastructure: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps. Retained only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.
- No advertising cookies. This site does not run third-party ad trackers.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the following bases (GDPR Art. 6): (a) your consent, where applicable; (b) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request; (c) our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to business enquiries; (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are archived or deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.
Recipients and international transfers
We rely on a small set of European-based processors for hosting, email, and analytics. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. A current list of subprocessors can be requested at privacy@productfuse.eu.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to privacy@productfuse.eu.
This policy is a starting point maintained by ProductFuse and should be reviewed with counsel before public launch to reflect final subprocessors, analytics, and cookie choices.
